Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. The war was a terrible time for her, and Dell does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Dell was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region.
