History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Eiravel was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Eiravel's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents enrolled her in a Fighter school at a young age so that she could practice her martial talents. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and to share knowledge with the world

History: Gifted from a young age, Mella studied abroad. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Hubert was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Emeny was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. After coming to the age of reason, Emeny took it upon herself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.
