Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. River was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a spy and was forced into it by her family

He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Rhogar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dragonborn unity. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Rhogar reached his early adolescence his Dragonborn father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Rhogar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
