When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Paggen wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Aristocrat, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Paggen grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Paggen's homeland. Paggen decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Mamnen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He worked as a nervous Locksmith and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She now mingles about in high society.
