History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Alain never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Heather alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Heather was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.
