History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A freak accident while working with his Ploughman mother left him crippled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
