History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is an amazing painter.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
