Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He dresses in tan turtlenecks beneath a grey coat with green slacks. He has golden hair. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Kellen was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Brewer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He keeps his silver hair in a flapper bob. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Description: This tall, slender woman wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. She wears a top hat to cover her moderate length red hair. Her ears are large.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Sarah will drive conversation. Sarah enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Sarah grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Sarah. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and seeks redemption

Description: She is renowned for her bright yellow dresses and hats. She carries a battered monstrous two handed axe and tarnished nunchaku as well. Her silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.

Personality: She is mildly Half-Elf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: She got into the Fisher business at a young age. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He very much looks the part of a Ruler. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Ruler arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
