History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She bought a kukri and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Cartwright responsibilities is difficult; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
