Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Bathin will drive conversation. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

History: Born in the north to a Painter, Mardred learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Barber, but she got bored and became a Painter. She has worked as a Painter like her mother before her.

He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Roofer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
