She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dragonborn in existence. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Quespa has worked very hard to control her curse. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
