Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He takes great joy in being the best Blacksmith in town.

History: He got into the Blacksmith business at a young age. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered drow who tried to eat his hand. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Blacksmith for hire.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he wants revenge against drow

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born in the north. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His chestnut hair and beard is wavy and long. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born in the west to a Priest, Eiravel learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to be a merchant again

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Maegan alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many gnolls want her driven away.
