Personality: He is a Spy first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He got into the Spy business at a young age. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Recently the stress of being a Spy has made it difficult for him to sleep.
