Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. Oppah enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
