Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: Veloptima was born with her mother's beautiful face. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Painter responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Apothecary. He became a Apothecary soon after.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He got into the Doctor business at a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Mayor, but he was a colossal failure. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Vondal was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Elven compassion.
