He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Apothecary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Apothecary for the past few years.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins; and expand his business

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. A gifted student she started as a Hunter, but she got bored and became a Beggar. She tends to her Beggar job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
