History: He was born in the south. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Elegant was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Tailor. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
