History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Spy. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Her parents were killed by illithids in a raid when she was still a young child. The illithids captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it; and someone believes her a fraud

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
