History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Dustin was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A gifted student he started as a Unemployed, but he got bored and became a Miner. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Miner for hire.

History: He was born in the north. Through the years after Lance was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Lance's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
