Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His tied-back hair is auburn. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Apothecary who has hired him part-time. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he has a crush on the local fortune-teller

Description: A 5'10" northern woman, she wears a grey coat over a white low-cut shirt, and a small hat upon her head. Her blonde hair is heavily combed to the right. This green eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Mary embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Mary was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Geoffrey was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Geoffrey and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
