History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When Peren reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He's also a talented Interpreter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
