History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Howard was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and to get a good night's sleep
