Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Manfred grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company.
