History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Ulfgar liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is an amazing painter.

History: Valorean was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Being a Sellsword kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Tanner arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and money/treasure
