History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. After coming to the age of reason, Pikar took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and doesn't want to be a spice merchant and was forced into it by his family

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, Oppleby and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She became a Courier soon after.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
