History: Born in the west to a Scribe, Medrash learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Scribe. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Jak is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jak grew up listening to his father's many stories. After coming to the age of reason, Jak took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Philomena has worked very hard to control her curse. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
