When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Unemployed hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has worked as a Unemployed like her mother before her.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Being a Carter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
