History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Tarhun was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Tarhun's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Vapula speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Vapula took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Uthemar was born with his father's beautiful face. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Tree hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Tree was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: Many gnolls want her driven away.
