Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Barakas was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Miller and was forced into it by his family; and wants to raise his children well

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Merihim was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Merihim's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has achieved small success as a Fisher.

She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She struck the Bellfounder job and began her own company from there.
