Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: Gifted from a young age, Portia studied abroad. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Godfrey was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Godfrey's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Oppleby is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Oppleby lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids.

History: Bathin hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
