History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Serpent was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Tailor. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This woman stands a little under 2'9" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Her hair is blonde and very short. Her brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She hates Halflings with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
