History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Barendd grew up listening to his father's many stories. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Trail lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. After a long history of fighting, Trail and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 12 years.
