History: He was born at the edge of vast island. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Engraver. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire.

Personality: She is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. She also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Verin was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Paggen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Paggen. After a long history of fighting, Paggen and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Personality: Halimath is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Halimath never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he feels kind of lost in life

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Dharg hails from a village terrorized by illithids. While he appears to be a normal Half-Orc, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Tailor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Weaver, and he later adopted a second daughter.
