History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Rivaan reached his early adolescence his Dragonborn mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She found a children's book about a Tabaxi Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero.
