History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the south. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Cecily was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Cecily's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
