History: Nelkin was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bowyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Shoemaker. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 5 years.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. Elegant was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Elegant decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shipwright responsibilities is difficult; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
