History: Bree was born with her father's beautiful face. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. She now mingles about in high society.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Dench was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He bought a rapier and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
