History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'5" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with grey colored cloaks and clothing. He keeps his red hair in a flapper bob. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. A true patriot, Hubert would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Weaver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
