History: Hogar was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents enrolled him in a Rogue school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Interpreter they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Blacksmith, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Born to a Courier, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and doesn't want to be a marshal and was forced into it by his family
