History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Therlin's homeland. Therlin decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Dagger was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
