History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Balifra abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: A 6'8" southern woman, she likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. She has gleaming, smiling gold eyes.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and regain custody of his daughter
