History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the south were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Shifting grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shifting. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
