Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. A true patriot, Lance would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carter. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
