Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Glim embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. The war was a terrible time for him, and Glim does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Glim and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Delebean was born with his mother's beautiful face. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Delebean was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
