Personality: He hates Tieflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cimer fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Assassin work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Assassin job and began his own company from there.
