Description: 3'1" and muscular, this southern woman wears a tan coat over a grey low-cut shirt, and a deerstalker hat upon her head. She has slicked back golden hair. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Nissa embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Description: She is wearing a long, grey, dusty cloak. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her hair is blonde and curly. Her eyes are blue and catlike.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Heather was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: This woman loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Miner arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs; and money/treasure

Description: An older man who wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it, he is not a threatening figure. His chestnut hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His childhood dream was to be a Shoemaker, but he was a colossal failure. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: 5'4" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with green lining and desert motifs. She has dyed her greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. She is baby faced.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. A true patriot, Criella would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Criella liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
