Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Assassin born in the past three hundred years. Efferil enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Efferil was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Carter business.

History: Born in the west to a Carter, Arha learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has worked as a Carter like her father before her.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. A freak accident while working with her Servant father left her crippled. She has never given up on her painting dream.

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and white, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His white hair is cut short. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: The child of a Stylist, who enjoyed hunting, Soveliss was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Soveliss took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up longbow and armor he uses now. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Soveliss fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
