Description: A pudgy woman standing about 3'4" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. She sports black long hair. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Laborer profession.
History: Panana lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Ruler. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and she's looking for her big break

Description: She wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. She usually doesn't wear a shirt. Her Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and wants to work out more often

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Half-Elves. His skin is light but he possesses many tan ritualistic tattoos. He typically wears violet cloth garments or leather armor. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.
Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: The child of a Butcher, who enjoyed hunting, Naal was taken on many hunting expeditions. Naal was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Naal decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Bounty Hunter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he feels threatened by others

Description: He is lean but muscular and prefers to wear brown pants and tee shirts. His moppish blonde hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes are blue and beady.
Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying south to reunite his family. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She takes great joy in being the best Sailor in town.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Murook was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
Motivation: To settle down with her crush; and she is unsatisfied with her job
