History: Nicholas was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Seamstress for hire.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She found a children's book about a Halfling Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
