History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Bree was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. Baradad is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gifted student she started as a Blacksmith, but she got bored and became a Dilettante. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bow.
